1. Available Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment channels for your convenience:

Card Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Every transaction is protected through our encrypted payment gateway system.

Direct Bank Deposit: Transfer funds directly to our business account. Contact our team to obtain banking information, and always include your reservation reference in the transaction details.

Digital Payment Services: Payments can be completed through Pesapal, our trusted third-party payment processor.

In-Person Cash: For bookings made locally in Zanzibar, we welcome cash payments. Always request and retain your payment receipt.

2. Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation becomes active following receipt of either a deposit or complete payment. You will receive a confirmation message via email along with your payment documentation. Please verify all reservation information and transaction details upon receipt.

3. Cancellation Guidelines

We recognize that circumstances may require changes to travel plans. Our cancellation structure is designed to balance flexibility with fairness:

Cancellations by Travelers:

Beyond 30 Days Prior to Travel: Complete reimbursement minus a 10% handling charge.

Between 15-30 Days Prior to Travel: Half of your total payment will be returned.

Within 15 Days of Travel: Payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Our Company:

Should we be unable to proceed with your tour due to extraordinary circumstances including weather emergencies or logistical challenges, you will receive either a complete refund or the opportunity to book an alternative date.

4. Booking Adjustments

To request changes to your existing reservation, please notify us no later than 15 days prior to your travel date. Changes are subject to availability and may result in supplementary charges.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment channel or an agreed alternative method. Please anticipate up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account.
